Construction Loan Cash Out Loan Program:
This loan program provides financing to purchase land and funds for the construction of single family, multi-family or commercial properties.

Lending Guidelines:

  • We will lend up to 70% LTV of the combined cost of the land and construction, not to exceed 60% ARV.  Funds Control required on construction funds.
  • If borrower owns the land, we will lend up to 25% of the land value and 70% of the construction cost, not to exceed 60% ARV.  Funds Control required on construction funds.
  • Rates starting at 9.99% – 11.75%
  • Owner Occupied – Ok!
  • Loan amounts from $50k – $2.5M+
  • Cash-out or rate and term refinance
  • Under 12 months with Balloon – Interest Only
  • 2+ points plus Underwriting & Valuation
  • Construction Funds – 70% of Construction Costs
  • Max LTV on After Repair Value – 60%
  • Low FICO – BK – NOD – Foreign Nationals – Self Employed – Ok!
